ART is a non-profit organization, works with tribal and rural poor in remote areas of Vidarbha and Marathwada Regions of Maharashtra State. It generates NRM based technologies relevant to rural areas and its dissemination putting focus on creating environment for rural communities to secure a sustainable livelihood and restoring ecology
Agrarian crisis is in the state of high degree in Vidarbha and Marathwada regions facing lot of challenges of climate change, Natural conservation and wisely utilization of natural resources hence, our emphasis is on conservation of ecosystem, environment and biodiversity. We believe that, working in a nature friendly manner is must for survival of all livings. We have developed certain models for the purpose of rain water harvesting and PoP of climate resilient agriculture. We work on the model approach by accepting these models’ people would be able to solve their livelihood problems and bring change in their lives. We are working in this sector since last 15 years.
